Simpledeals is a deals discovery and price-comparison platform designed to help users find offers, discounts, prices, and promotions available from third-party merchants, primarily in Sri Lanka.

2. No User Account Required

Simpledeals currently does not require users to create an account, register, or sign in to browse the website.

Certain preferences, such as recently viewed products or locally saved settings, may be stored in your browser or device.

Removing browser data, clearing local storage, changing browsers, or using another device may remove such information.

Simpledeals is not responsible for the loss of locally stored preferences.

3. Third-Party Merchants

Products, services, promotions, and offers displayed on Simpledeals may be provided by independent third-party merchants.

These merchants are separate businesses and are not controlled by Simpledeals.

Simpledeals may display assessments such as:

• Great Deal
• Good Deal
• Fair Deal
• Weak Deal
• Lowest Price
• Lowest Price in 30 Days
• Lowest Price in 90 Days

These assessments are generated using information available to Simpledeals. They are intended to simplify price comparison and should not be treated as a guarantee. The final purchasing decision remains yours.

10. Product Availability

A product displayed as available on Simpledeals may become unavailable before you visit or complete a purchase with the merchant.

Simpledeals does not guarantee stock availability.

11. Deal Expiry

Simpledeals may display an expiry date where such information is available.

14. Purchases and Payments

Simpledeals does not normally process payments for products listed by third-party merchants.

Do not send payment to Simpledeals for a product unless a future Simpledeals service explicitly states that Simpledeals is the seller or payment processor.

Payments made through merchant websites are subject to the merchant's terms and payment-provider policies.

Simpledeals is not responsible for disputes arising from payments made directly to third-party merchants.

15. Returns, Refunds and Warranties

Simpledeals does not determine merchant return, replacement, warranty, or refund policies.

If you purchase an item from a third-party merchant, questions regarding:

• cancellations
• replacements

should normally be directed to that merchant. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any rights you may have under applicable Sri Lankan law.

Product images and descriptions displayed on Simpledeals may originate from merchants, manufacturers, distributors, public promotional materials, or other authorized or permitted sources.

Images are generally intended for identification and illustration.

Actual products may differ in:

17. Errors and Corrections

Simpledeals may correct, update, remove, hide, or modify information at any time where we believe that:

Simpledeals is not required to maintain an incorrect price merely because it previously appeared on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, the Simpledeals name, branding, website design, original software, interface, databases, deal-ranking systems, original written content, and other Simpledeals-created materials are owned by or licensed to Simpledeals.

Third-party trademarks, merchant names, product names, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

Displaying a merchant or product on Simpledeals does not imply ownership by, endorsement of, sponsorship of, or partnership with Simpledeals unless explicitly stated.

21. Permitted Use

You may use Simpledeals for normal personal shopping, product research, deal discovery, and price comparison.

You must not intentionally:

• interfere with the operation of the website
• attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems
